org-vcard-import fails

Hi,
I tried to import my vcard file by using the interactive vcard import function in emacs 29.3.
Unfortunatelly the output (I tried both, to file and to buffer) does not work. No warnings, no errors, just empty result.
What I am doing wrong?

wild shot in the dark here, but have you tried setting (setq org-vcard-include-import-unknowns t) ?
