Idea: AMD / NVIDIA but as a filter for compatibility #1019

Hey!
Really enjoying checking out Pinokio. I'm on AMD + Ubuntu and my wife (architect) has Nvidia + Windows so I've been able to try it out on both platforms.
As is well known, AMD/ROCm is a big "limitation" although I woudl love to contribute some scripts as I figure out running stuff locally (eventually I'll prob set up a local inference server).
One thought I had was this:
I think it's fair to say that the default position in local AI is: a) it will run on Nvidia, b) it probably won't run on AMD/GPU unless somebody has explicilty made an effort in that regard or you have a fondness for pulling out hair.
Rather than flag specific apps as Nvidia only it might be easier to validate scripts on either/or and have filers. Ie, if I could filter for AMD suport it would be a timesaver.
