[Enhancement] Adding Firefox native "Add Note" function to TST tab context menu

Abstract

Steps to see the situation

1. Right-click any tab on Firefox's native tab bar
2. See and click the "Add Note" context menu function
3. Right-click any tab in Tree Style Tab's vertical tab bar
4. "Add Note" is not present, missing between "Bookmark Tab" and "Move Tab" functions

Expected result

The new tab "Note" function via right-click context menu appearing, in parity with Firefox's native/horizontal tabs

Environment

• Platform (OS): Windows 10 x64 22H2
• Version of Firefox: 148.0a1 (2025-12-15) (64-bit)
• Version (or revision) of Tree Style Tab: 4.2.7

Currently there is no WebExtensions API to access to tab notes. We need to mimic the feature based on general storage APIs, and it will become incompatible to the native feature - notes saved by Firefox won't read from TST and notes saved by TST won't read from Firefox. I think we should not do that for compatibility to other addons, and we need a genuine way, so I've filed a bug to request something new APIs: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2009309

This issue need to be suspended until official APIs become available or the feature request is rejected.
