cal_adjust does not compile

The makefile and the README.md are false. The file f90/module/spline.f90 does not exists. The compilation is successful if I use spline_subs.f90.

There is also an error with cmip_netcdf_subs. It should be CMIP_netCDF_subs. It works on MacOSX, but not on other file systems which are case sensitive.
