[PubMed Central plugin] - remaining tasks and improvements #12356
Description
This ticket outlines remaining tasks for the PubMed Central plugin, to be completed before the official launch of the plugin and 3.6 release.

Remaining Tasks & Improvements
- Integrate high-resolution images into export packages (see API for Media Files #12251)
- Consider the addition of supplementary files to export packages (currently they are not included)
- Check that files are no larger than 2GB in packages
- Add elocation/article ID (see Add metadata for article number #4695)
- Improve JATS to reduce validation errors when system-generated from the JATS template plugin (see Standardize JATS version to 1.2 #12210)
- Finalize the connection details needed for FTP registration to ensure the settings form matches (e.g. if path is needed, defaults that could be added, etc.)
- Determine final package file naming - for ORE and in general (and determine if a setting is needed for vol/issue naming or continuous publishing models)
- Ensure all temporary zip files are cleaned up when error states occur
- Decide if/how to handle style warnings from the PMC style checker (currently they are ignored and only errors will prevent validation and be output to the user)
- Consider a warning on the settings page if
