upload/export/sync: include Lycophron local IDs

We should include the human+machine-friendly unique id column in the uploaded metadata's subjects/keyword (similar to the uploadBatchID:<batch_id> we have).

This will also be useful when exporting or syncing from "remote" since it we can back-populate the ids in the Lycophron local DB.
