[FEATURE] Copy-PnPFileMetadata - Update the Version History as well

The Copy-PnPFileMetadata command is fantastic, but it would be super helpful to update the Version History dates as well. Currently, if you do a Copy-PnPFile followed by a Copy-PnPFileMetadata, the latest version gets updated properly, but then all of the previous versions are timestamped with today's date.
