API url-to-html

Create an API that, given an URL with parameters, responds with HTML filled with changing information.
This means adding a new route in the Flask app that takes some parameters, eg. a sparql endpoint, sparql queries and other informations, and renders HTML filled as a consequence of actions on the input parameters.
