Bug - Thorlabs calibration

In bk7.py:

There is a request for 'bk7_10mm_thorlabs.csv' but it isn't mentioned how to get/generate this file.

The docu mentions https://www.thorlabs.com/images/TabImages/Uncoated_N-BK7_Transmission.xlsx but that file is not in a compatible format for the loader.
