What if we publish preact on JSR and npm in same time ?

For example jsr use preact with fresh

My main concern is that we get punished for not creating Preact with TypeScript cc @marvinhagemeister. You are most knowledgeable here

Yeah allow with you, you will have a terrible "JSR score" but honestly as user I don't care of this score

Since JSR requires scope + name we'd have to publish preact under a scope like @preact/core or something. That makes de-duplicating difficult when other npm packages depend on npm:preact. For that reason I don't recommend publishing Preact to JSR for the time being.
