Add support for missing compression codecs #26334
Description
Currently, some codecs are available in the writers, but don't seem to have been configured correctly (e.g., LZ4 for ORC format, ZSTD for parquet format, etc.). Trying to write tables with these formats previously threw errors.
We should supports as many compression codecs as possible that are available to the writers but are not currently configured correctly.
Expected Behavior or Use Case
- Support as many compression codecs
