doc: improve doc of hive.storage-format and hive.compression-codec

Improve the descriptions of hive.storage-format and hive.compression-codec in the Hive Configuration Properties to the same level of details as in the Iceberg documentation.

Expected Behavior or Use Case

Hive documentation should identify which compression codecs work with which file formats that are supported by Hive.
