Update auto_compute to use Torrence + Compo resolution

At the moment, WaveletTransformer.auto_compute calls _omegas_taus_from_min_max_nu which assumes the resolution is the standard deviation of the Morlet envelope in both time and Fourier space. At our 9/9/20 check-in, we mentioned switching over to the method described in Torrence + Compo to compute the best scales to use.

I figured it's part of the implementation? But yeah, I guess that's an API thing.
