Remove cjk_notes_copied field from notes qf and pf after a reindex

What maintenance needs to be done?

We will no longer populate this field so after we reindex we can safely remove these fields from the qf and pf for notes.

• If this change touches any of the files referenced in .rubocop_todo.yml create a new ticket to address the rubocop todo.
• The notes qf and pf no longer have cjk_notes_copied
