failed to connect to go-vod: cURL error 6 #1628

Describe the bug
External transcoder fails to connect after updating TrueNAS scale Nextcloud app to 2.3. Previously worked perfectly with my arc a310 gpu when installing custom YAML using memories TrueNAS scale instructions. I'm unable to rollback app to 2.1.x without crashing the app but that's a separate issue I can't resolve on my own.
