Install and configure ceph

Not sure if this is part of juno release but is it possible to use ceph for Cinder and Glance backend storage.

yes it is possilbe, but the support for ceph has not been added yet.
Have a look at https://github.com/mmailand/puppetlabs-openstack/tree/topic-ceph_v3
I am working on it.
