Ignored words in show title shouldn't be ignored

The default list of ignored words includes "dutch" and as such the show "Going Dutch" is entirely ignored unless a user corrects the mismatch.

I propose allowing ignored words if they are used in the show title, or possibly ONLY if they are used in context of the show title.

This is something I may be able to do myself, but I wanted to make an issue report for it.
