Button "Load more alerts" must not be displayed when there is less alerts than the initial max number of alert to display

On the history page, for a given day selected, if there is less alerts to display than the initial max number to load, the "load more alerts" must not be displayed

What is done currently

The button "load more alerts" is displayed whatever the number of alerts to load, see the screenshot below

What has to be done

The button "load more alerts" must appears only if there are more alerts that the initial number of loaded alerts.

Si l'API renvoie X items (alors qu'on a demandé Y items dans la page) et que X<Y, alors cacher le bouton.
Mais en vrai le mieux serait que l'API renvoie le nombre total d'items directement pour faire une vraie logique pour cacher/montrer le bouton (@Yoctoboy peut voir dans l'API s'il arrive à ajouter ça)
