A more discreet design for the detection player scroll bar #182
Description
Firefighters who started using the new version of the platform reported that the detection player's scrolling was too eye-catching (i.e. when the player is in motion).
Hence, we have to try a slightly different design
What is done currently
What could be try
- When the player is in motion : do not display the current datetime (the one above the cursor).
- But it must appear when the player is paused

It sound to be the lighter approach ( not requiring the creation of a "new color" for the design)
AND/OR
- Select the color in the header background for the player color, in order to reduce contrast between fill and not filled values in the player

It seems to be this color code #2d796e but you will find it in the style file.
Do not hesitate to propose various suggestions (even better with a video recording screen in order to suggest the ideas)
