Dfci grid

To add a dfci grid, we need to add a geojson with a dfci grid on the map

  (might be interesting to check if data are updated and if a newer dataset is available)

About implementation

• It's likely that loading all the DFCI tiles would be cumbersome and useless for display purposes (each user is generally only interested in using the tiles for their own department).

(perhaps it would be more relevant to load only the DFCI tiles relating to the user's department, or the tiles around the stations...)

Also, rather than loading a geojson, it might be more appropriate to read vector tiles containing the DFCI tiles.

Any ideas for relevant solutions can be considered here

About vector tiles :

• IGN propose a service (various formats, WMTS seems relevant) https://geoservices.ign.fr/documentation/services/services-geoplateforme/diffusion#70062

• Here, I have been able to see in Liste des ressources de services Géoplateforme (version du 8 avril 2024) that Carroyages DFCI are available.

• At last, don't know how much it is depreciated, but here is an exemple to use those tiles with leaflet
