TimeManager plugin in qwc fails to correctly interpret the BC date format.

When setting the time dimension of a layer to 100 BC, the TimeManager plugin in QGIS fails to correctly interpret the BC date format. Additionally, the minimum value in the time control slider only goes down to 1 AD. Is it possible to modify the plugin to support BC dates?

The first issue here is actually that the default HTML date picker does not handle BC dates. One would need to find/develop a BC-capable date picker, then check if other changes are needed.
