Make the docs available as md file

Here is my simple suggestion to the team, please make your docs available as md files (which i guess is how it is internally maintained given the integration with gitbook), that way one can easily run gitingest on it and use it with LLM of their choice, this reduces the cognitive load of using a new tool and imo will increase adoption

If IP is concern, one can easily put restrictive licenses to make up for that.
