[Bug] - Right border of viewport not fully visible in help screen

Describe the bug
The right border of the viewport in the help screen isn't showing up properly. It looks like the viewportWidth isn't being calculated correctly, which causes the border to get clipped. Adjusting the dimensions (m.width or viewportWidth) either messes up the text alignment or breaks the entire layout

Expected behavior
The right border of the viewport should be fully visible and aligned with the rest of the layout, regardless of the terminal width

• The issue may be related to viewport width calculation, padding/margin applied by lipgloss, or clipping in combination with glamour markdown rendering
• The problem persists regardless of the terminal window size
