Providing pre-built wheel files of quarto binaries on pypi

Hey,

I wanted to ask what the status of providing pre-built wheel files of the quarto binary to pypi is. I think this would be very helpful in making the pypi download more stable and would also allow to simply add the quarto-cli and quarto binaries togethere to ones virtual env using pypi. Similar to how it is already possible via conda using the quarto distribution on conda forge.
