Page range is broken on macOS

We've been tracking this privately with our JDK support provider and I realized we don't have a downstream bug report for it... Well, here it is.

This has been patched upstream, but isn't severe enough to land as a high priority patch, so we wait until after September 2026 / JDK27, quoting:

The PR 8297191: [macos] Printing a page range with starting page > 1 results in missing pages by christianheilmann · Pull Request #11266 · openjdk/jdk has been integrated. The fix should be available in the JDK-27 (September 2026).
