Reclone is broken on windows #267
Description
You get an error when trying to reclone on windows, it seems that you don't have permissions to do it? I think it has something to do with the lock that is put on the file system, but not 100%.
FYI reclone probably needs to be reworks to delete the repo__tmp dir before starting if there is one, it will fail there as well.
