Add support for Real-time notifications

Add support for [real-time notifications](https://www.ebics.org/en/technical-information/additional-standards).
With real-time notifications, it will be possible to inform about any changes in the account directly. 

Some [supportive work](https://github.com/railslove/epics/pull/159) is already present in the' epics' gem.
