CustomSeekBar: Add requestLayout() calls after setProgressSegments()

Hi Ranap,

Thanks for creating this awesome library! I just wanted to let you know that I've been running into a small issue where the view doesn't update after setting new data. I managed to solve the problem by manually adding requestLayout() in the fragment.
