Add Greenhouse for producible Wood

Greenhouse has been added in a few other Factorio mod, usually requiring water + power + (stone/landfill).

I see the following benefits of adding Greenhouse for Wood:

• Allows wood to be used as a base crafting resource for tech
• Allows creation of wooden power poles in worlds where wood is scarce when the electrical distribution techs are late (ties in with Add Small Iron Power Poles to help early game in deserts #12)

This is going into vanilla+, not sure how far the rando design wants to stray from base game mechanics if at all.

I think adding a new type of machine for this is a bit too much. We could have just a recipe though.

More interesting with eventual Space Age would be support for unlocking agricultural tower for planting wood.
