CI/CD imporvement

emu still lack of correct CI/CD capabilities.

This issue will cover some of them:

• proper rules to automatically trigger the CI
• the complete list of task the CI/CD should handle

This issue will not cover the following:

• Allow to run cuda device dependent unit tests

Regarding the list of jobs, we can first include the following:

• build the project (only linux, debug and release)
• run unit tests
• install target to a local destination and rebuilt the test using the installed target
• create a conan package in local cache (which will automatically run test_package)
• perform coverage test
• Runs clang-tidy checks
• build the documentation (and maybe upload it)
  Bonus:
• build the project with the cuda toolkit and run that unit tests that (tests that requires cuda devices should be skipped)
