Please add example of SDF font with extra codepoints

Hello,

I have implemented SDF fonts successfully based on the SDF font example code. However, it would be nice if the example
included extra codepoints so that SDF fonts could be used in other languages than English or include special characters.
This would allow users to test on their systems SDF fonts with special codepoints and show them how to implement
special characters in the context of SDF fonts.
