fastx_truncate options not optional

Hello!
I was recently using fastx_truncate from Usearch12 on linux and got requirement errors for most of the options (-trunclen, -padn, -stripright) when I was only trying to use one option (-stripleft). Would it be possible to make these truly optional or note in the manpage that they aren't.

Suggest try using v11 instead
