Should be usable from Jupyter

It would be convenient to display HTML and SVG content from Jupyter.
Maybe by creating a client-side library allowing to easily create URL, combine them and get the result from a Survol agent.

This feature is being implemented in the new module lib_client.py
There is one trivial difficult with PYTHONPATH because survol must be available not only as an installed package but also during development.
This is easily sorted out, for the moment, by adding "survol" to sys.path.
