No title when displaying SVG

When displaying the SVG view created by Graphviz, there is no title to the browser tab and page, although the title tag is generated in the SVG document:

It would probably be better to embed this SVG document in a HTML page if it has the same resizing simplicity. In a HTML page, setting the title is very easy.
