join channels after having identified to network #3
Description
Currently : rcirc-handler-001 is what calls rcirc-join-channels
What we need : putting rcirc-join-channels after user successfully identified. rcirc-authenticate should take a callback arg that is called when identification is finished.
ToDo : add a rcirc-print-hooks function that waits for text "You are now identified", calls rcirc-join-channels. Finaly remove the print hook
