Remove "template" from directory and entire repo

Once deployed to controller, this repo will serve a the SOT for controller configureation as code. At that point these are not templates but instead the actual running configuration of controller and the sole location where the configuration of controller should be modified.

I don't think "template" anywhere makes sense....
