check_file_location at times stuck when executing on remote targets #131
Description
When running the openshift-applier on a remote target - i.e.: not using localhost for seed-hosts[0], it will at times get stuck on the check_file_location. This seems related to the URL check that the function does, and that check never returns - just hung.
