Biometric registration fails for new user in 2411.0

I installed yours MFA 2411.0 on DEV environment and I see some problems when I try to register biometric device for a new user.
After entering device name I see "smily face" and request to use fingerprint.

And after fingerscan I get error on next screen:

In adfs server event log there is only very limited error message:

What is weird that for existing user biometric works during login...

Could You verify that on Your side?

PS: biometric registration & login works ok in version 2405.0, unfortunately that version cannot refresh/validate blob.db file due to its filesize

Sorry, it works perfectly for me, tested in Windows Hello, Yubikey Security, Yubikey Bio, Android SmartPhone.
Your WebAuthN settings must be too restrictive for your new device.

I switch the thing to questions
