Deploy & Run- part 2: update Pinned text

When a contract is pinned, it will jump up to the Pinned Contracts section and Remix will save the contract’s address and the ABI in the .deploys folder of the current Workspace. When Remix is refreshed, the pinned contracts will be loaded into the Pinned Contracts section.

When a contract is pinned, it will appear in the Deployed Contracts section when Remix is reloaded - as long as the Workspace and the connected chain are the same.

Pinned contracts have their address and the ABI stored the .deploys folder of the current Workspace.
