rAudio 20250422 - Browser "on while play" feature not working on Rpi 5

HDMI display does not stay on despite browser "on while play" check box enabled and music playing

Moving usb connected mouse immediately turns on display with no issue.

Problem still persists in rAudio 20250627

The problem has changed with rAudio 20250627 such that the screen will NOT turn off after the screen off time expires.

Also, pressing the "screenoff" button also does not turn the screen off.

Additional info after more testing:

RPi 5B Rev 1.0
Screen does NOT turn off when screen off time is >= 1 minute and this timer expires (Note: On while playing button setting does NOT influence this behavior)

RPi 4B Rev 1.5
Screen always turns off if the screen off time is >= 1 minute and this timer expires (Note: On while playing button setting does NOT influence this behavior)
