Hello!

I'd like to propose we create resbazaz-in-a-box style documentation for the entire org to increase transparency. I'm proposing a document structure like the one below where the conference, weekly meetups, and executive documentation would all have a distinct location.

:D you can put it in a code block for monospacing. Still would need to obsess over the right number of spaces, though.

I think this needs to be updated to separate conference organizational documents from community organizational documents.
