Cannot connect to jupyter notebook for aws

followed https://github.com/reshamas/fastai_deeplearn_part1/blob/e8fb7e9eead518432a2c032c6c22a0d7db9fd9c7/tools/aws_ami_gpu_setup.md but cannot connect when I type jupyter notebook and enter the IP address.

Hello there,
Have you changed

c.NotebookApp.ip = '*'

into

c.NotebookApp.ip = '0.0.0.0'

This works for me :)
