Determine why the RestClientProxyTest are failing #111
Description
The RestClientProxyTest test is flaky on CI. For now the test is going to be disabled. There needs to some investigation as to why the timeouts keep getting hit. This could have something to do with https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RESTEASY-3177.
