Create a WildFly Channel for TCK testing or find a way to override the API version #210
Description
The jakarta.ws.rs:jakrata.ws.rs-api version comes from the RESTEasy Channel. However, there might be cases where we want to override the version provisioned in WildFly, for example to test a SNAPSHOT of the API, and we need a way to override that in the provisioned server.
