Update existing PDF in selected document record.

Currently, when a user needs to update the PDF file associated with a record, a new record is created, essentially duplicating the entry with the updated PDF.

This feature request proposes the ability to update the PDF attachment for an existing record in-place. This would allow users to:

Replace the existing PDF file: Users should be able to select a new PDF file to replace the current one associated with the record.
Add files to the existing PDF.

Benefits:
Simplified Record Tracking: Makes it easier to track the history of changes to a specific record.
