Pre-flight validation script should check for presence of etcd lvm #245
Description
we highly recommend that /var/lib/etcd is it's own mount point on the master hosts. We would like to add a check for this in the pre-install validation script. This should throw a Warning, not an Error, as it's not a blocker for an install.
