字母v键无法启动笔画输入了

出现奇葩的问题，字母u键可以启动部首拆解，字母v键无法启动笔画输入了！

部首拆解配置成功。
输入vhspn，没有任何反应。字母v键无法触发笔画输入。
更加奇葩的事情发生了，直接输入hspn

這功能絕對有人做過，不必重複勞動。
