I am panic now and I wish anyone can help me.
I am not a developer, and this is not a development issue.
I entered the Tag id incorrectly and it does not return it on the exchange.
I made the Ripple transmission wrong.
I sent 20,000 Ripples from BITFINEX to BINANCE.
I wrote exact Ripple wallet address.
But I misspelled the last number in the Tag id.
This has been confirmed in Binance but they do not help me.
They say that this has been changed to another coin and into another person's wallet.
But they can not return it to me It is only possible to tell the owner of the wallet.
And the wallet is not the Ripple purse. It is called another coin.
