Bug in command line operation of the latest version 2.51

Using the GUI to operate, generating the link is normal,

file:///G:/DownTEMP/test7//1.txt.

However, when using the command line to operate,
the generated link is incorrect
for example
file:///G:/%5CDownTEMP%5Ctest7//1.txt

When linking, replace all \ with /

[rlv-dan]

I made a new version that will automatically replace this character when linking using command line.
