The installer script appears to be missing the inclusion of the main application's dependencies. It copies tldw-cli.exe but does not copy the contents of the tldw-cli.exe.dist directory that Nuitka creates.

Without these files, the installed application will fail to run. You should add a line to recursively copy the contents of this directory, similar to how you're handling tldw-serve.exe.dist.
